This training provides methods to analyze your community to guide the CDCs service delivery design for greater program impact. Executive Management Series: Whether you call them Grantors, Directors, Supporters or Lenders, different groups are interested in your agency's likelihood of succeeding. Planning and Budgeting for Multifamily Operations - This training is a nuts and bolts guide for multifamily managers who are responsible for creating and following an annual operating budget. Attendees will understand the importance of the big picture while not losing sight of the day to day budgeting necessary to keep their property afloat and profitable. BUILDERS: NEW TRCC REQUIREMENT - GET ALL 5 CEU’s IN 1 DAY!!: You will receive 2 hours of instruction designed to clarify government and open process bidding, 1 hour of Required Ethics that specifically pertains to builders, and 2 hours of required building code instruction.  Attendees will receive a certificate at the end of the session and their names will be submitted to TRCC as fully meeting the continuing education requirement.
