The TACDC membership,
either acting at its Annual Conference or through its Board of Directors, adopts policy. It is the responsibility of my office
to administer
that policy. I hire the staff, manage the finances, and implement the
strategic plan that allows TACDC to be an effective policy advocate as well as a source
of information, education, and services for our members.
